    KIJIJI's Mission: To improve the lives of the clients that we
    serve and  provide a healthy community by teaching our clients
    life-balancing skills and job techniques, all while maintaining a
    high level of professionalism.

    KIJIJI Corporation is a nonprofit entity that was founded in 2007
    to address the needs of our at-risk communities, youths, young
    adults, ethically diverse, and career challenged individuals.  
    KIJIJI is dedicated to enhancing and improving the lives of our
    clients and the communities in which we live by promoting and
    teaching strong entrepreneurial and foundational skills.

    KIJIJI's Values: Our top priority is ensuring that our services
    and the manner in which we provide them are nothing less
    than superb. All staff members will be required to know and
    embrace the company's mission statement and seek all
    opportunities for improvement. Improving the community and
    the lives of our clients is a must and the staff at KIJIJI will work
    hard and smart in order not to fall short of this challenge.

    President/Chief Executive Officer Crystal Varner, an
    experienced professional with over 23 years in the workforce.  
    Mrs. Varner has a Bachelors degree in Business Management
    and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Mrs. Varner's skills
    include, but are not limited to Product Management, Market
    Research, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.

    Executive Director: Angela Waynesboro, Ms. Waynesboro is an
    experienced professional with over 30 years work history. Ms.
    Waynesboro's skills range from marketing, to
    telecommunications, to being a seasoned writer.  Ms.
    Waynesboro is dedicated to improving our communities and is
    eager to work with and learn from the clients and partners of
    KIJIJI.

    Program Director: Johann Varner. Mr. Varner comes to KIJIJI
    with more than 25 years in the workforce.  Mr. Varner has skills
    ranging from Customer Service to Public Transit Operator.  Mr.
    Varner is dedicated to helping KIJIJI and our staff improve the
    lives of our youths and young adults through strong
    communication and leadership practices.

    Honorary Program Director: Tammy Monroe, a dedicated
    professional with 17 years experience in the Informational
    Technology field. Ms. Monroe has certifications in A+ and
    Networking. Ms. Monroe also has extensive experience in
    Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, and Business
    Development and is the President and CEO of Working In
    Progress (WIP)
